CrewVoyage Monthly Free Tour Campaign - Terms and Conditions

 1. Eligibility: This campaign is open to cabin crew members who subscribe to CrewVoyage’s email list and follow @CrewVoyageNetwork on Instagram. Participants must be cabin crew and have a valid email address.

 2. Campaign Period: The campaign runs monthly, with entries accepted over a fixed 30-day window from the 15th of each month at 12:00 AM UTC to the 14th of the following month at 11:59 PM UTC, until cancelled by CrewVoyage. Winners are announced on the 15th of the following month via email, coinciding with the start of the new entry window.

 3. Prize Details: Five (5) winners will be selected each month to receive a discount code for a free tour valued up to $100, redeemable only once on CrewVoyage.net. Any tour costs exceeding $100 must be covered by the winner. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 4. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must subscribe to CrewVoyage’s email list with a valid email address and follow @CrewVoyageNetwork on Instagram. Only one entry per person per month is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

 5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries. They will be notified via the email provided during subscription. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

 6. Prize Redemption: The discount code must be used to book a tour on CrewVoyage.net within 30 days of receipt. The code is valid for one tour only and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

 7. General Conditions: CrewVoyage reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign, including its terms and conditions, at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. CrewVoyage is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or notifications due to technical issues.

 8. Privacy: Personal information collected (email address) will be used solely for the purpose of this campaign and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to administer the prize. Participants can unsubscribe from the email list at any time.

 9. Liability: CrewVoyage is not liable for any issues arising from the use of the prize, including but not limited to tour cancellations, delays, or dissatisfaction with the tour experience.
