Payment & Refunds
What if my flight schedule changes?
We understand that flight schedules can change. If your schedule changes, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust your booking or provide alternative options.
What happens if I miss my tour without notifying CrewVoyage?
If you do not show up for your tour without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the booking as per our no-show policy.
If my tour is cancelled by CrewVoyage or its partners, what happens?
If we or our partners cancel the tour, you'll be offered an alternative tour or a full refund, depending on your preference and the circumstances of the cancellation.
CrewVoyage, in collaboration with its partners, reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings. The CrewVoyage team will notify the client of the cancellation as soon as the decision is made, but no later than 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the tour.
Can I get a refund if I decide not to take the tour after booking?
Refund policies depend on how far in advance you cancel. Please refer to our cancellation policy for detailed terms regarding refunds.
